Administrative Assistant/Receptionnist

Program Facilitator Attendant

While respecting the mission, orientations, values and general policies of the Wanaki Centre, and under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Administrative Assistant is responsible to support admissions and administrative operations of the Wanaki Centre. The Administrative Assistant performs reception, administrative and logistical support to the Wanaki Centre operations. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, the capacity to understand and process private and confidential information. This position supports the development and deployment of day-to-day actions that support programming for all respective teams within the Wanaki Centre (Virtual Team, Residential Team, Cultural Team, Mental Wellness Team and Accreditation).

While respecting the mission, orientations, values and general policies of the Wanaki Center, the PFA is responsible for ensuring the well-being of participants by providing them with basic care and helping with daily living in a residential environment as well as maintaining the building sanitation responsibilities. The PFA is also responsible for facilitating scheduled evening and weekend recreational activities in collaboration with the Wanaki Team.
